Returns:
We hope you love your purchase as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We’ll also cover return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error.*

Please note the following:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Returned items must be in original condition. Items that have been altered in any way will not be accepted.

• All sales are final on discounted items.

How to Return an Item:

1. Email us at shop@sunsetbeach.fun with the reason for your return. Please include your name, address, phone number, and order number.

2. Once we receive your email, we will issue a return authorization number.

3. Place the item(s) in the original box if possible. If the original box is unavailable, you may use any plain, unmarked cardboard box.

4. Remove any old shipping labels, barcodes, or stickers from the outside of the box.

5. Clearly write the return authorization number on the outside of the box.

6. If the return is due to our error, we will email you a FedEx return label. Otherwise, please ship the item(s) back using an insured, traceable carrier.

You will receive a credit posted to your credit card once item(s) is/are received and checked in by our warehouse. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive your credit.

*Free return shipping is only provided for orders within the United States. If you wish to return merchandise internationally, you must pay to return the item(s) to us.

Shipping Policy: 

In stock items will ship within 2 business days. Orders received prior to 3pm Eastern Time will be shipped the following day, subject to availability.
